Bitwise Investment Advisers, LLC, the Sponsor of the Fund, plans to close and liquidate the Fund on October 22, 2026. Shareholders who do not sell their shares of BWOW by October 14, 2026, will have their shares automatically redeemed for cash based on the Fund’s net asset value (NAV) on October 21, 2026. The redemption is expected to be provided to shareholders through their brokers or other financial intermediaries on or around October 22, 2026.
